Eysing recommends your e-moped to be serviced annually by our specialists to guarantee its full functionality and reliability. Regular service and maintenance are required for your warranty as well.
During the maintenance, the Eysing is checked for its qualities to guarantee that all it functions are working correct. It’s also to detect and prevent any defects at an early stage. To maintain your warranty claim, you must carry out all mandatory inspections during the two-year warranty period. This means that all prescribed inspections, certified by Eysing, have been carried out, confirmed and signed.
You will find the manual with detailed maintenance instructions in the Eysing Connect App. By following this you will significantly extend the life of your Eysing e-moped and thus retain its value. It also contains clear instructions for minor maintenance that you can carry out yourself. If in doubt, you can always contact us for advice and support.
Your Eysing Connect App automatically alerts you to upcoming service times. These are based on your driving habits, distance traveled and based on periodic intervals. Our system calculates when it would be wise to have your Eysing inspected.
You can find the extended warranty conditions on our website and in the Eysing Connect App. If you are unsure whether a damage or defect falls under the warranty provisions, you can always contact us.
The manufacturer’s warranty is personal. You must inform the buyer of this. In the event of a private sale within the warranty period, the possibility of making a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty will lapse.
The warranty only covers claims arising from use within the Netherlands.
